What materials are your products made from?

Our wall organizers and home décor pieces are crafted from recycled PLA (poly lactic acid) — a plant-based, eco-friendly material. Each piece is finished with care for a smooth, durable, modern look.

Are your products handmade?

Yes — every piece is made to order in our studio. Because items are made one at a time, each one receives individual attention and may have slight natural variations that make it uniquely yours.

How do I care for my pieces?

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high heat, or harsh chemicals. Do not submerge in water.

Is the material eco-friendly?

Yes. We use recycled PLA, a renewable, plant-based polymer that has a much lower carbon footprint than traditional plastics. Pieces can be set aside and reprocessed at the end of their life rather than going to landfill.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our pieces are packaged with care and arrive in clean, protective packaging suitable for gifting.

How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production begins quickly, we can only modify or cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. Please email us at orders@eastcoastartsupply.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

How long does customization take?

Custom orders take the same 1–2 days for production as everything else — custom colors don't cost extra time. We'll confirm your details by email and let you know if anything needs clarification.

How long does shipping take?

We make your piece in 1–2 days, then standard domestic shipping takes 3–4 days — about 4–6 days total from order placement. Expedited options are available at checkout. See our Shipping Info page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective. See our Returns page for the full process.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
